I’ve loved miniatures for as long as I can remember. Over the past couple of years I’ve explored that love, starting with kit builds and then venturing into scratch built diorama pieces. Some of these took a few days, others weeks or months to complete, but all of them have been labors of love.

Inspiration often comes from the materials themselves. Much of what I’ve made comes from having learned to see tiny things in larger things, and how to make something beautiful or interesting out of them. Coffee stirrers become flooring, beads turn into planters and vases, the stem from a faux plant becomes a tree. Bits and bobs from the dollar store transform into magical scenes with time and patience and a little imagination.
